Academic Requirements

Prospective Preschool and Kindergarten students
Selection is based on the score of proper test and age requirement.

Prospective Primary students
Selection is based on the scores of academic tests comprising Mathematics and Indonesian Language, IQ test, interview and age requirement.

Prospective IGCSE and A/AS Level students
Selection is based on the scores of academic tests comprising Mathematics, English.


Administration Requirements

Prospective Preschool/Kindergarten/Primary students
1. Photocopy of the student's birth certificate
2. Photocopy of the family card.
3. Photocopy of identity card of the student's parent/guardian.
4. For a Christian or Catholic student provide:
   a. Photocopy of the student's Baptism certificate
   b. Photocopy of the parent/guardian's Baptism certificate
   c. Acknowledgement letter of church Member
5. Those whose siblings are studying in BPK PENABUR Jakarta, provide a copy of the student card/the the latest school payment slip.
6. Two photographs sized 3x4

Prospective Secondary students
1. Photocopy of the student's birth certificate
2. Photocopy of the family card
3. Photocopy of identity card of the student's parent/guardian
4. For a Christian or Catholic student provide:
   a. Photocopy of the student's Baptism certificate
   b. Photocopy of the parent/guardian's Baptism certificate
   c.Acknowledgement letter of church Member
5. Those whose siblings are studying in BPK PENABUR Jakarta, provide a copy of the student card/the the latest school payment slip
6. Photocopy of legalized school report
7. Two photographs sized 3x4


Admission Procedures

Purchase and Forms Completion
     A. Offline
        1. Forms can be purchased at all schools of BPK PENABUR Jakarta according to the selected grade.
        2. Complete the form correctly according to the instruction given.
        3. Prospective student given the chanel to choose 2 schools location as the first and two option..

       B. Online
        1. Via website http://psb.bpkpenabur.or.id

Return of Forms
     A. Offline
            The completed form must be returned to the intended school, together with the administration requirements.

     B. Online
            Print out of the completed form and the administration requirements must be returned to the first intended school when joining the admission tests

Announcement of Students Acceptance
The result of student's acceptance will be announced through website & school. Prospective student could read the announcement of the result at the

To the prospective student who has accepted will be continued by the process of the payment for education equipment. The prospective student who
hasn't accepted yet can register again in the next enrollment.
